Age Limit (As on 01/03/2014): 30 Years for General; 33 Years for OBC; 35 Years for SC/ST. Additional 10 years relaxation for persons with disability as per norms of GOI.
Educational Qualifications:
Jr. Scientific Assistant -> Graduate in Science with Chemistry as one of the subject.
Surveyor (Civil) -> Matriculate OR equivalent. Should have completed a course in Civil Surveying from a recognized Technical Institute Preference may be given to those candidates having the above mentioned essential qualification with one year or more training / experience in Surveying job.
Stenographer (English) -> Matriculation OR equivalent examination Should have speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand & 40 w.p.m. in typing.
AC Plant / UPS Attendant -> Matriculation OR equivalent examination. Should have completed a course from ITI in Refrigeration & AC OR ITI in relevant branch.
Accountant -> Intermediate Examination of ICWA or CA.
Selection Process: Written Examination (For Stenographer post - Stenography Test of 5 minutes at the speed of 80 w.p.m.). Only shortlisted candidates called for Written Exam and Steno Test.
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of Rs.100/- (+ Banking Charge Rs.50/-) for General and OBC Category Candidates. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH/Ex-Servicemen/ employees working at CIL or its subsidiary Candidates. State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized to collect the application fee, in a specially opened CMPDI Recruitment Account (Power Jyoti Account No. 33596488594) on behalf of CMPDI.
